In consideration of being able to participate in LeadUp 1825 (LeadUp) activities and the Ride & Gas Share communication tool, I hereby:

• Acknowledge, agree and understand that LeadUp activities may involve vigorous exercise and I agree to participate only in those activities for which I am in proper health and physical condition.
• Attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks and dangers involved in physical activities and that I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation in any LeadUp activity.
• Understand the possibility of unforeseen hazards and know the inherent possibility of risk.
• Agree and understand that LeadUp shall not be liable for any injuries, damage or loss to me or my property.
• Release from all liability, and covenant not to sue, LeadUp, IAM, LeadUp Activity Leaders, volunteers or employees for any and all present and future claims resulting from personal injury, death, property damage, loss or other claim.
• Understand that LeadUp Activity Leaders and LeadUp friends are unpaid volunteers and are not responsible for my safety.
• Agree that any person under the age of 18 is the sole responsibility of the legal guardian or adult.
• Agree that participation in LeadUp activities is voluntary and I am freely engaging in LeadUp activities.
• Agree to conduct my behavior in full understanding of LeadUp's nonprofit agreements.

This Waiver and Release remains in full force for any activity or Ride and Gas Share that I voluntarily and freely sign up to attend through the LeadUp reservation process.
